Compass Lease, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to pioneer expansion to a new market for our Trailer Leasing division. The individual will be responsible for meeting sales quotas, while providing the highest level of service to our customers.
• Driven to achieve sales quotas (competitive drive).
• Excellent customer service skill.
• Has basic knowledge of trailer specifications and applications to assist customers.
• Provides solutions to customers based on customer needs and requirements and company policies.
• Monitor the trucking industry for the latest trends, cost saving measures and imposed regulations to ensure branch compliance.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Motivated and self-driven.
• Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
• Experience in the trucking industry required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs., as well as climb in, out, and go underneath trailers.
• Transportation: 5 years (Preferred)
• Outside Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
Pay: Base Salary
Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift
